– “User” or “you” or “your” or “first person” refers to every person, company or institution that visits or uses our website or buys or sells products through our website or enters into a sale agreement with us, or benefits from Our services in any way.

2- When purchasing from our site

  1. By confirming your desire to buy any Egyptian Kings or TUT products, you accept all terms and conditions of our site. All terms and conditions are listed on our website and you should read them completely before making a purchase.
  2. We will do our best to contact our customers, if they want to purchase any product that is not available at the listed price. We will not charge you any fees unless you confirm that you want to buy the product at the new price, if that price is higher than the price you agreed to pay in advance.
  3. We can not guarantee that every product displayed on the site is available in stock and ready for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock, and will not charge them for these products.
  4. We try our best to provide you with clear and accurate product details. If a product is available in multiple colors and styles, we cannot guarantee that your preferred one will be available unless the color is written in the product title. We are not responsible for the content of opinions about the product from our other users. If you discover that the product does not comply with what you expected upon receiving it, you may return it within fourteen days of receiving it without being used, in its original condition, and with all its accessories.
  5. Clients confirm their agreement to the terms of sale and the listed prices for all products, and complete the purchase process for the products they have purchased by check “I have read and agree to the website Terms and conditions“, then pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button at the end of the purchase process.

  9. Clients must inform us of their desire to cancel their order before sending it.

We are not responsible for sharing your credit card information, or the login information for your account on our website with any third party from your side, whether with or without your knowledge. What happens on our website with your username and password is your responsibility. however, We guarantee our full support to you as much as we can.
  12. Clients have the right to return any of the products they purchased within fourteen days from the date of reception, provided they are not used or worn and it must re-packed as they were upon their arrival and with its purchase invoice. If the products are returned to us in good condition, you can exchange them for another product or with a purchase balance on our website, and in some cases we will refund you cash.   13. We reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons and at our own assessment, however, usually rejection of the order by us is for one of the following reasons:
  • The product you ordered is not available in stock, and in this case we will not deduct the price of unavailable products from your payment and we will notify you that they are not available via email or phone, and we will also inform you if they are available again, but you have to order them again.
  • We cannot confirm the payment method. We will inform you via email. Your order will be canceled and you will have to order again if you intend to change the payment method.
  • We found that the price of the product you ordered was wrongly listed or the product details are incorrect, in which case we will send you an email or contact you to confirm that you want to complete your order in this case.

3- How to order at TUT store?

To place an order on the TUT store, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at egy-kings.com using your registered email address and password, or by using your account on Google, Facebook, or any other social media. If you do not have an account, click here to find out how to register on egy-kings.com.
  2. Find the product you want to buy.
  3. Check out product details, photos and specifications. Then press “Add to cart”.
  4. See the product details, and then press “Proceed to checkout”.
  5. Fill your shipping address.
  6. Review the address, selected shipping services and the delivery period.
  7. Select the payment method, and complete the purchase by press “Place order”.
  8. You will be provided with an order number.
  9. May be at first time of your purchasing from our website, we will contact you to confirm the order and address details.
  10. Congratulations, your order in the way to your door. (within 2 – 7 business days)

4- Products missing from my purchases

If you receive an incomplete product or receive an order with missing products or a missing quantity, please examine the received shipment comprehensively, to determine the missing product or any part of it. You have the freedom to choose to claim the lost products or return the product (s) and get a refund according to our Refund policy.

5- You have got a damaged or defective product

If you have received any product damaged or defective, you can request to return the product within 30 days of receipt. And after reporting the mentioned defect immediately upon receipt. Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply.

You can cancel your order, or product through our online just before it enters the shipping stage. The option to cancel your order for the product will cease, when the shipment is in the process of being shipped.
