Our first mission in TUT is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, Therefore we have facilitated the shipping and delivery process within Egypt because your comfort is important to us.

We fully understand your need for products to arrive as soon as possible, and we are working to our maximum capacity for timely delivery.

Please note that the official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, except for public holidays, so any order you make on Thursday afternoon, Friday or Saturday will be worked on on Sunday. And in the case of ordering during official holidays, the product will be shipped from the next working day and the delivery times will depend on the chosen shipping service.

 

Delivery to your door

The delivery time starts from the day of confirming the order until the first attempt of one of the shipping company employees to deliver the product from ten in the morning until ten in the evening from Sunday to Thursday.

In case that the product is ordered after 12:00 PM, the delivery date will be extended to an additional working day.

 

The following steps explain what happening after you made your order

 

  1. Order confirmation

    • The order is confirmed after the reception of the money in case of payment by credit card like Visa or MasterCard.

    • The order is confirmed after confirming the order (and / or phone confirmation) in case that you choose cash on delivery as the preferred payment method.

  2. Order prepared and transfer to Shipping company

    • Then you will not need to wait long, The shipping company employee will contact you to confirm the shipment and delivery on the phone number registered with us to coordinate with you on the date of receiving the shipment.

       

    • It should be noted that the incoming calls to your phone must be answered so that the shipping representative responsible for delivery can coordinate with you on the date of the order receipt.

  3. Delivery

    • Your order will be delivered in the expected period according to the official working days from the date of your request for the product, and it ranges between 2-7 working days (Depends on your location).

 

Estimated Delivery Time is the time when or before you can expect to deliver your order to your preferred shipping address.
You will see the expected delivery time for shipment on the order summary before placing your order.

 

Notes:

  • If your order has not arrived on or before the expected delivery date at your preferred shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
  • Egy-kings.com does not impose additional fees on customers, All applicable fees are mentioned in the invoice.
  • Please verify the product price plus shipping charges on the purchase page before completing the purchase.
  • If the shipping company’s representative requests or charges more than the amount mentioned on the invoice of your order, please contact customer support immediately for assistance.

 

Delivery policy

We at Egyptian Kings aim to make the delivery process fast and enjoyable, being aware of the importance of getting your purchases on time and in excellent condition, and in order to provide you with utmost satisfaction, we work with a variety of delivery service companies to provide you with fast service at the best prices.

  • Delivery will be made to the address shown in the purchase order and you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery date at a time convenient for you.
  • In some cases, the delivery service will be within the borders of the main cities only, and any areas outside the city limits will fall outside the delivery areas, so we ask you to visit the nearest office of the shipping company to receive your shipment or contact us.
  • The shipping company delivers orders during business hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, from Saturday to Thursday.

 

ID request when delivering products

  • To ensure that the products are delivered to the correct person, the representative of the shipping company may ask you to show your personal identification to verify your information upon delivery.
  • In case that we are unable to confirm your identity for any reason, we reserve the right not to deliver the products and cancel the order.

  • In order to provide you with the best service, we offer you fixed prices for shipping (26 pounds) to all Egypt governorates and in any number of pieces.
  • Free shipping when your purchases reach more than 500 pounds.
